Back story: Upon the Creation, Rosiel was all ready dying. God agreed with Alexiel to use some of her life-force for him to live on, upon the condition that she never bond emotionally with him. They were originally made from Adam Kadamon’s powers.
Lucifer stabs God, releasing Adam Kadamon, who promptly robs Rosiel of his Crystal Heart. Uriel and Michael show up because they saw Sara transported here – by Adam Kadamon. S/he leaves; Lucifer pursues. The Tower room crumbles. Setsuna runs out with Alexiel’s body. He releases Alexiel so she can tell Rosiel the truth – that she really did love him (of course – that’s why she gave up part of her life) and he can die happy knowing that. His Crystal Heart breaks (so Kadamon/God can’t control him anymore.) Setsuna has taken in/absorbed Rosiel so he now has 6 wings (his own; Alexiel’s, and Rosiel’s.) He wants to get Sara but Uri insists they have to see the angelic birthing room first. The embryos are connected to an egg unit with a “ symbol – ‘unio mystica’ – the Tree of Life representing the 5 elements. It other words...it’s Adam Kadamon! If the true body of Adam Kadamon is sealed...here...it means we angels were born by consuming the flesh of our Mother! We are born committing the Original Sin!” (says Uriel.) They break it open, finding the TRUE Adam Kadamon inside, who’s dying. The one before was still God in another form. AK: “Soon my consciousness will be completely deleted. My power was split to...create Alexiel and Rosiel. Then my body was ripped apart and my head placed here to provide nourishment to the children. But then the Creator...began...a plan to reset the...world. This was the Ragnarok Program to destroy...Assiah. God [and the Tree] is an aggregate of the consciousness of the outer universe.” Adam used his power to stop Assiah-time and seal God away but he now is weak and dying. They must find the 5 elements to seal Adam’s body so God cannot abuse his (Adam’s) powers any longer. “Using me as a conduit, he uses the Highest Level of the Tablet – the Akashic Record – to draw unlimited astral power!”
Mika cannot sense Raphy’s aura anymore. Kurai volunteers to summon the wind and water Dragons to aid them since Raphy and Jibril are not there. Setsuna, with Adam’s guidance, is going to the Akashic Records to settle things with God.
Lucifer (Kira) has Kato’s Shinryu sword. Setsuna impales Sara, which blows God’s mind. (He didn’t really hurt her – to have blood he cut himself and just knocked Sara out, but it helped her see the Truth and use her own power to cast out Sandalphon.) God still sees what Uri and Mika are doing and sends the embryos, the “Ion Media”, on them. Meanwhile, Lucifer crawled into the God computer to severe the circuits. Since the Nanatsusaya contains all the 5 elements Setsuna must destroy the computer it, which kills? Lucifer. He (Lucifer) meets Alexiel in there...
Adam uses his last strength to call the Ion Media away from the angels, to come to him. The angels are successful; Etenamenki crumbles. Setsuna sends Sara to Assiah with the last of his astral powers, away from the destruction; he is still there as she flies away.
The dust settles...
Kurai and Noyz are going to rebuild Anagura together. Uriel goes back to Hades; discovers he needs to rebuild Doll because her spring wore out, but her soul’s temporarily in a cat demon. He is given charge over Alexiel’s body. The Satans declare a truce and retreat to Hell.
Raphy has fallen into a coma due to the power he exerted saving Barbiel. Before he passed out, he told Mika to be around as soon as he woke up so they can finish their fight (when Mika punched him in the face earlier.)
Lil is sad Sara is gone, but is now faithfully serving the revived Lady Jibril.
Little boy Kira, as a ghost, hugs Kira’s father on Assiah: “Don’t worry. For now on BOTH your sons will protect you (Kira and Lucifer, I guess?)”
With some astral power, Kurai shoves Setsuna out of Heaven, back to Assiah, and to Sara...they are FINALLY together. And of the others... “Someday there will be a chance meeting. This is not the end. We’re sure to be drawn together. Beloved ones gathered by Fate. The ones born wrapped in a dazzling Love. They are called Angels.”
