Raphy, who is madly in love with Sara at this point, took her spirit back to her body (which is NOT pregnant.) That is he removed Sara’s soul from Jibril and put it back in her own body. The Anima Mundi storm Sevy’s mansion, along with Kato who survived the Hell/Heaven collision. They find Rosiel there with a Black Knight – Lucifer! Rosiel takes control of Heaven. It is implied he is controlling Lucifer with a new Blood Crystal (like the amulet Setsuna carried.) Setsuna swears he’ll get his old friend Kira back.
Lailah is taken to the Tower in Mathey. He hears the locket playing “Kirie Eleison” and sees Nedhig right out the window. He can’t come in because his wings had been cut after he was found guilty of rape. But he tells her he forgives her because he still loves her. Lailah is blown away and jumps from the Tower into his arms. Well she tried but there is a force field around the Tower (you can’t fly out of it) so she actually falls to her death. Sandalphon comes upon the corpse – and decides Sara Mudo will give birth to his new body.
